Another massive turn out for the team at The City of Durham Duathlon at Meadowfield yesterday morning. 16 members were up early to brave the wind and the rolling course that was on offer and yet again we came home with a share of the spoils!!!
-Elliot Gowland finished 3rd overall and took 2nd place in veteran 40 category just pushed out in sprint finish.
-Georgia Campbell took 2nd place overall and 1st 20-30.
-Kerry Gowland was 3rd overall and took 2nd 30-40.
-Angela Campbell took another prize again finishing 1st Vet.
-Garry Walker took 1st 30-40 after finishing 4th place over a minute down on Elliot in 3rd.
-Paul Somerville was 2nd 30-40 finishing just ahead of Mick Proud in 8th and 9th respectively.
Another great display to end the Duathlon season guys leading is nicely into the Triathlon season beginning with Darlington this coming weekend.
