Fridays run before swimming has been canceled due to the conditions under foot.
Early Sunday morning we are heading off to Hamsterley forest for our trail run. We will be meeting at Penshaw Monument where a car share can be sorted. We will be leaving Penshaw at 8 aiming to be at Hamsterley for 9. If you would like to make your own way to Hamsterley then please let Elliot know so we know to wait for you before heading off on the run. We will be parking in the main car park next to the toilets.
Please bring dry clothes for the journey home and £3 for the car park.
