Although a few of are taking a well earned week off from an already stacked season, racing doesn't stop there this weekend both home and away.
As you read this, Rob Wright will be tucked up and hopefully getting some sleep in advance of his 3rd IronMan at Lanzarote tomorrow morning and can be tracked from 7am number 908.
This weekend also sees Linda doing her 5th Marathon of the year in Windermere
Also over in the lakes, Mick and Paul Lavender will be racing Keswick mountain festival.
