As discussed at swimming this evening, Sundays Trail run has been rearranged to 09:30hrs up at Beamish! As some of us can not make it, we are leaving you in the capable hands of our resident Physio Lisa and the the girls.
There are some good routes to explore up there and will be suitable for everyone! Go on have fun.
