Hi everyone.
Just a reminder that this Saturday will be our last run TT of 2012 so make sure you are all there to post your last time of the year. There will be no trail run after though only a cool down lap this is because of the club run on Sunday.
So onto the club trail run. Everyone in the club who is intending on running some quite nice and rather muddy trails on Sunday please make sure you have some trail shoes (recommended) or old trainers. We are meeting at Herrington Country Park in the main car park next to the building for a 9:30 start. The run will last for 90min aprox with the option of extra 30min with Elliot.
