Impromptu Run Session

Ok guys so swimming is still not on but that's no excuse not to train!  Garry is out at Hetton this evening doing the usual Friday night session if you want to join him at 18.30. He has the Whistle and is not afraid to use it!!! 🏃💨💨💨💨
