A little reminder that the swimming is back to normal this week. Also this Saturday see's our 2nd run time trial around Hetton Lyons Park meeting in the car park at 12 noon. Don't forget that our Friday run will run as normal too.
We would also like everyone to get their orders for team kit to Garry by the First of December. We are putting a 50% deposit on all orders so please check the prices of all the kit you order. Garry has the catalogue and will have it at the pool over the next few weeks so get looking and get your orders in.
