I am currently looking for venues to hold a Core stability class for club members and to make a night of it I am also planning a turbo session after. I am looking to start these in the new year as long as there is enough interest so please let me know if you would be interested. There will be a small charge but this is only to cover the cost of the venue which hopefully won't cost an awful lot.
